How To Get The Best Results With Herbalife

On the other side of the scale is your body which every day burns a certain amount of calories depending on your activity level and metabolism. From your morning run to picking up the kids from school to watching TV in the evening, your body is constantly burning calories. Let’s call this ‘calories out’.
In order to burn fat, you need to consume fewer calories than your body burns which creates a so-called “caloric deficit”. When you’re in a caloric deficit, your body will take the remaining necessary calories from your reserves, meaning your fat cells. That’s where the magic happens!
The reason why Herbalife shakes and other products are so effective is that they condense a large number of nutrients into low-calorie meal replacements which are quick and simple to prepare. This helps you to achieve the desired caloric deficit without the need to obsess about meal prepping and calorie counting (for most people).

2. What Herbalife Products To Use And How To Use Them?

3. What To Eat Around Your Products?
In the above daily plan, you will see that apart from Herbalife products, you will still be consuming regular food on your plan in the form of snacks and one main meal.
Herbalife products are very effective, however, they are not magic! This means that if you eat unhealthy food around your products, it will be hard to see consistent results. Thus, you will need to keep your food as clean as possible.
For snacks, we recommend aiming for around 150 calories and at least 10g of protein for females. If you’re a male, then aim for 200 calories and +15g of protein.
For your evening meal, make sure to include lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats and plenty of vegetables. If you’re female, aim for 500 calories and +35g of protein. For males 600 calories and +40g of protein.
4. Exercise
To increase your calorie expenditure, it’s a very good idea to incorporate some exercise at least 3-5 times per week. This way you will burn those extra calories to help create a larger caloric deficit.
In terms of what exercise to do, it’s really up to you. From doing a gym workout to playing football to going for a long walk, there are so many types of exercise to choose from. Exercises that elevate your heart rate and make you sweat are great as they generally burn more calories. The important thing is that you actually enjoy that type of exercise which will help you to stay consistent.
5. Consistency
