How To Use
Formula 1 Shake
Preparing your shake is quick and easy. Mix two tablespoons of powder (26 grams) with 250ml of semi-skimmed, skimmed or alternative milk. Alternatively, you can substitute milk with the Protein Drink Mix for even better results and more convenience.
For weight-loss: Replace two meals per day (breakfast and lunch/dinner) with this delicious shake and eat one nutritionally balanced meal.
For weight maintenance: Use Herbalife Formula 1 as your breakfast. This product is intended for use as part of a healthy diet in conjunction with other food and regular physical activity.
Protein Drink Mix
One tub of Protein Drink Mix contains approx. 42 scoops and can be prepared in two ways:
- Mix two scoops (28 g) with 250ml water for a quick and nutritious protein drink snack.
- Mix one scoop (14 g) with 250ml water and a regular amount of Formula 1 Shake shake for a quick and delicious protein-rich meal.
Thermojetics Tea
Mix ½ teaspoon (approx 1.7g) with 250ml of hot or cold water. Add Herbalife Aloe Concentrate to enhance flavour. Instant Herbal Beverage is a refreshing drink enjoyed alone or with meals and contains only 6 calories per serving.
Herbalife Aloe Mango
Mix 3 capfuls of Herbal Aloe Concentrate Mango (15 ml) with 120 ml of water or add to your Thermojetics Herbal Tea. To enjoy with a litre of water, mix 120 ml of Herbal Aloe Concentrate Mango with 1 litre of water.
Oat Apple Fibre
Mix 1 measuring spoon (6.8g) with 150 ml of hot or cold water or add a scoop to your favourite shake mix. We recommend taking spoons per day.
