The flavour is surprisingly delicious! Many protein bars are overly sweet, but this one manages a good balance. The chocolate coating is smooth, and the inside has a chewy texture that’s satisfying without being overly dense. If you're looking for a protein bar that combines taste, quality ingredients, and a strong nutritional profile, I’d highly recommend giving Protein Bar. Lemon is my favourite!
For someone who doesn't like milk. I find this healthy meal replacement easy to drink and enjoy it with a healthy meal plan. X
I was sceptical when I ordered this product. I work long hours and when I get home it’s very late I ordered it in order to have something light and hearty before go to bed and not to have heavy meals. First I thought I’ll be hungry with this food intake surprisingly I don’t feel hungry after having it throughout my sleep and I don’t wake up tired or starved. Recommend this product anyone who have long working hours like me
Decided to have a go at this programme, so far, week in , I'm 4lb down and have had no issue except for possibly feeling a little dizzy in the first day or so but I cut the protein down to 1 measure for a couple of days and all fine now.

Taste and Texture
The taste is surprisingly pleasant, especially for a protein mix. It blends smoothly with water or almond milk and has a nice creamy texture without being too thick or chalky. I have enjoyed all three of these bars, but I think that my favourite one is chocolate and peanut. Having a bar is a good idea so I'm not tempted to snack between meals.
