How To Use

Take two tablets with each meal, three times per day to provide you with 3g of Fiber. This product may be used in conjunction with Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix and Herbalife Formula 2 Multivitamin Complex.

My husband got very high LDL even though he took a very high doge of satin at 40gm everyday. Finally, he was introduced by friend of this product. He tried one month with 2 scoops per day. His LDL was lower (still kept taking 40gm satin). Now, GP is lower his satin to 20gm a day. My husband is still keeping taking Beta Heart.

I can say that it is very workable, as such I also take now.
